Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Koladr website and platform, operated by Qlotela Technologies LLC. If your company has signed an agreement with us, such as a master services agreement or order form, that agreement governs your paid services and takes precedence where it differs from these terms. If your company subscribes online without one, these terms are the agreement for the plan you choose.

Using the platform

• Access is by invitation. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
• Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other clients’ data, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it.
• You’re responsible for the content you submit and for having the right to share it with us.

Plans and billing

• Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown when you subscribe. Prices don’t include taxes; where we must collect them, they’re added to your invoice.
• Your company’s first subscription includes a one-time Marketing Data Kit setup fee, unless your plan includes setup (see pricing).
• Automatic renewal: your subscription renews at the end of each billing period, and we charge the payment method on file for the next period, until you cancel.
• Cancelling: a workspace owner or admin can cancel at any time from Billing, under Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for, and no further monthly credits are granted after it. After the plan ends, we finish work you’ve already approved, but new requests can’t be started.
• Refunds: payments aren’t refundable, including for partial billing periods and unused credits, except where the law requires otherwise.
• If a payment fails, we’ll email your workspace’s owners and admins to update the payment method. If it isn’t resolved and the plan ends, new requests go on hold as above.

Credits

• Your plan grants credits monthly, including on yearly billing. Each request uses the credits in the estimate you approve; credits are reserved at approval and returned if you cancel the request before work starts.
• Unused credits roll over up to one month’s worth, plus any top-ups bought in the last 90 days. Anything above that expires when the next month’s credits are granted.
• Top-ups (10 credits for $1,600) are one-time purchases.
• Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred to another workspace.

Ownership

You own your data and the deliverables we produce for you. We own the Koladr platform, the Marketing Data Kit, and our know-how. What we build in your warehouse and repository stays there, and you may keep using it for your own business after you cancel.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Qlotela Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or platform.

Suspension

We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms, or for a workspace with unpaid invoices, after telling the workspace owner.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll post the new version here and change the date above.
