- What is a credit?
- A unit of work. Every catalog item has a credit range; custom requests are scoped by your lead. You approve the exact number of credits before we start. Fixes are included and use no credits.
- Do you charge when something breaks?
- No. Monitoring and fixes are included in every plan.
- What if a request takes longer than estimated?
- That’s on us. The estimate is the price. If you change the scope partway through, we’ll send a new estimate for you to approve first.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Yes, up to one month’s worth. At each renewal, anything above one month of credits (plus top-ups bought in the last 90 days) expires. Need more? Top-ups are 10 credits for $1,600.
- What does the Marketing Data Kit setup include?
- Connectors, a full history backfill, the data models, the dashboards for your plan, and the tie-out that proves the numbers before go-live. It takes about 14 days. Growth and Scale include it on annual plans.
- Who does the work?
- Our engineers build and test the work in your warehouse and repository. A lead owns your account, reviews every delivery, and is your main contact.
- Which tools do I need to pay for?
- Your warehouse (BigQuery or Snowflake) and a connector tool (Funnel.io or Fivetran). Dashboards in Koladr are included; Sigma or Tableau seats only if you’d rather use your own. We’ll estimate these costs with you before you sign.
- Can I cancel?
- Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date. Everything we built stays in your warehouse and your repository.
